About the Role
The Sales Admin Support role at SET Consulting aims to provide administrative support to the General Manager with all commercial-related tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in the Oil and Gas/Road Construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- General admin tasks relating to commercial
- Generate monthly price letters and send to customers
- Maintain and develop sales reports and submit
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and assist with all sales-related activities
- Assist depot administrators with sales support and share orders as received
- Receive and co-ordinate sales orders from customers
- Proactively engage with customers daily to secure daily/weekly orders
- Gather relevant customer requirements regarding quantities and grades required
- Capture invoices
- Engage transport service providers to coordinate delivery of product when required
- Submit weekly report on customer activities and market trends
- Scan relevant business-related sites for news and market updates
- Provide any other ad-hoc assistance as needed
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification, preferably with relevant tertiary qualification (Marketing or Technical)
- Knowledge of the road construction industry is an advantage
- Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
