About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Johannesburg. As the first point of contact for dealers, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, excellent customer service, and efficient stock management. With your strong administrative skills and experience in the automotive industry, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing: Ensure all information on invoicing instructions are correct prior to manager signature.
- Dealer Support: Provide professional service to dealers, including checking and ensuring correct price and stock releases into the system.
- Finance Collaboration: Work closely with finance to support invoicing, credit notes, and reconciliations.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery of trucks.
- Payment Management: Ensure timely payments in line with credit terms.
- Reporting: Compile and distribute daily sales reports.
- Stock Management: Check stock quantity and update stock status daily.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales Management
- Minimum 2-5 years in sales support, order processing, or administrative coordination
- Experience within the automotive industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data manipulation and reporting)
- Code 10 license
Qualifications
- Completed Diploma or Certificate in Sales Management
