Duties and Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Generate leads via events, cold calling, and targeted outreach. Execute sales processes and close new business. Conduct demos, webinars, and presentations. Prepare proposals, quotes, RFPs, business cases, and ROI analyses. Translate client needs into tailored solutions. Attend conferences, webinars, and partner events (local & international). Research market trends and competitor offerings. Account Management Grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities. Maintain strong customer relationships with regular check-ins. Gather and document client requirements. Resolve customer issues and recommend solutions. Manage renewals, quotes, invoicing, and true-ups. Provide strategic consulting and identify upsell opportunities. Vendor & CRM Management Build and maintain vendor relationships. Attend partner webinars and meetings. Log all sales activity in Dynamics 365 CRM. Reporting & Targets Deliver weekly/monthly sales and account performance reports.
