Location: Johannesburg West Industry: Automotive / Tyre Sales Salary: Competitive, with commission structure Key Responsibilities: – Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and grow the customer base in Johannesburg West. – Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. – Achieve and exceed sales targets by presenting and promoting a competitive range of car tyre products and related services. – Manage sales quotes, pricing negotiations, and customer orders efficiently from enquiry to delivery. – Provide expert advice to customers on tyre selection, safety features, and best practices for tyre maintenance. – Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the region. – Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely service delivery. – Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions. Minimum Requirements: – Proven experience in sales, ideally within the tyre, automotive or related sectors. – Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. – Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. – Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle. – Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in the field. – Strong organizational and time management abilities.
