Location: Johannesburg (Office-based initially) Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Base salary uncapped commission (performance-driven) About the Company We are a quantitative AI trading firm operating in the financial markets. We provide investors with access to a fully automated, AI-powered quantitative trading system as part of our data-driven trading service, supported by structured risk management and systematic execution. As part of our international growth, we have recently expanded our operations into South Africa and are building a high-performance local sales team to support investor acquisition and client engagement. Role Overview This is a results-driven sales role focused on generating leads and converting them into investors. You will engage potential investors through direct communication, explain our trading service and system access, follow up with prospects, and close deals. Candidates will be office-based initially to ensure structure, monitoring, and performance alignment. Remote flexibility may be considered once consistent results and trust are demonstrated.
