About the Role
Route Management, a leading provider of logistics and transportation services, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and managing existing customer relationships to drive growth and revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
- Cold calling and maintenance relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships by providing customized sales presentations and solutions.
- Addressed customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and products.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in transport industry.
- Matric;
- Computer Literate;
- Administration skills.
- Excellent communication skills;
