We are seeking a highly experienced Scheduler with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Project Management scheduling. The ideal candidate will have expertise in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) phases, with a focus on construction management. This role requires strong technical skills, proficiency in scheduling software, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for oil and gas projects, focusing on EPC phases such as engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Work closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure that project timelines are met.
• Utilize scheduling software such as Primavera and Microsoft Excel to create and manage project schedules.
• Perform schedule analysis, identifying potential delays and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management, stakeholders, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to reflect any changes or delays.
• Ensure project timelines and milestones are achievable and aligned with project goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Project Management.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project scheduling within the oil and gas industry, with significant experience in EPC project phases.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Primavera and Microsoft Excel, with advanced knowledge of scheduling and project management tools.
