About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sector Head to lead our Office Automation team in Johannesburg, driving growth and delivering exceptional service excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of office automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national growth strategies
- Identify new opportunities, market trends, and expansion areas
- Drive a high-performance, supplier-centric culture
- Analyse management reports to guide data–driven decisions
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- Lead key account management, escalations, and negotiations
- Ensure service excellence aligned with SLAs and expectations
- Operational & Service Delivery Management: Optimise service delivery, turnaround times, and efficiency
- Strengthen process compliance and drive continuous improvement
- Enhance supplier relationships to boost revenue streams
- Team Leadership & People Management: Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams
- Coach, mentor, and performance–manage staff
- Support B2B sales teams in achieving revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, IT, Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience within the office automation sector
- Strong stakeholder and communication abilities
- Skilled in managing pressure, priorities, and operations
- Commercial acumen with deep understanding of office automation solutions
