Johannesburg: Senior BI Developer (In Office)- Johannesburg – up to R900k per annum posted by E-Merge

They are seeking a motivated Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join a team renowned for technical excellence and purpose-driven initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Querying: Managing SSIS packages and maintenance
• Transformations: Creating and managing SQL stored procedures
• Troubleshooting: Investigating and resolving SQL bugs
• Data Design: Designing and building SQL datasets for reporting
• Data Handling: Loading and verifying SQL monthly source data
• Data Analysis: Manipulating and analysing data
• Reporting: Running month-end packs in Tableau
• Daily Reporting: Managing daily SQL data and Tableau reports
• Report Development: Developing and automating new BI reports

Qualifications & Experience:

• IT Related Degree/ Diploma / Microsoft Certification / Cloud Certification.
• Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI
• Tableau will be a nice to have
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data modelling.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
