About the Role
Hire Resolve, a South African-based company specializing in in-store advertising and branding, is seeking an experienced Conceptual Graphic Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact retail marketing solutions that drive sales and increase brand visibility in the beauty and lifestyle sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Conceptual Innovation: Dream up on-trend retail experiences, from mall activations and pop-ups to global launch events.
• Strategic Visualization: Build moodboards, experience flows, and 3D sketches that communicate complex ideas instantly.
• Pitch Winning: Partner with the Sales Team to develop irresistible pitch decks that unlock new revenue through innovative design.
• Consumer Journeys: Map out engaging physical paths for consumers within expo and mall environments.
• Creative Mentorship: Lead brainstorming sessions and ensure final designs remain true to the original conceptual vision.
Requirements
• The Expert: 5+ years in conceptual, experiential, or retail environment design.
• Technical Toolkit:
• Adobe Creative Suite: Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• 3D/Spatial Tools: Proficiency in SketchUp, Blender, Cinema4D, or similar.
• Bonus: Strong hand-sketching skills to communicate ideas on the fly.
• Trend-Obsessed: You live and breathe global cosmetics, beauty, and lifestyle trends.
• The Visualizer: You can quickly translate a blank canvas into a 3D-blocked idea or storyboard.
