What we are looking for: A Senior Creative Designer
What you will do:
- Develop creative concepts for retail campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines. Focus on engaging customers and enhancing brand visibility
- Produce high-quality materials like posters, brochures, signage and event branding. Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines, maintain consistency and ensure client satisfaction
- Apply expertise in typography, layout, colour and branding. Stay updated on design trends to keep work fresh and relevant
- Work with creative, marketing and account teams to achieve campaign goals. Foster open communication and idea-sharing to enhance outputs
- Balance innovation with client needs to create engaging designs that improve customer experiences and strengthen brands
- Aim for award-worthy designs and inspire teams and clients with exceptional work
What you must have:
- Bachelors in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 7+ years in design, preferably in retail or agency settings, with an award-winning portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, expertise in retail marketing and branding, attention to detail and high-quality work delivery
- Experience in retail shopping centre campaigns or large retail clients; recipient of notable design awards
