Johannesburg: SENIOR FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS MANAGER

Purpose of the Role Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function by providing strategic financial insights, accurate reporting, and commercial support to drive performance and informed decision-making. Location: Dainfern – Johannesburg Job Type – Permanent on site Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage strategic financial initiatives to support business goals. Deliver accurate and timely financial models, budgets, forecasts, and management reports. Provide commercial insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate new business deals and ensure commercial viability. Oversee post-project financial tracking, analysis, and reporting. Drive the preparation and presentation of financial and KPI reports to executive management. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the business unit. Lead financial modeling, analysis, and business case evaluations (NPV, IRR, etc.). Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across finance and operations. Lead and develop a diverse FP&A team to achieve strategic and operational goals. Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and best practices. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Support implementation of financial systems and reporting enhancements.
