Our client has an opportunity available for a Senior Manager in Procurement based in Constantia Kloof.

Requirements:

• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Valid drivers license.
• Willing to travel nationally and internationally and stay overnight.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in Procurement of which 3+ years should be at Management or Senior Management level.
• Prior experience using SAP as an ERP system.
• 3 to 5+ years Strategic Sourcing, Contract and Tender Management and Supplier relations experience.

KPAs:

• Communicate Procurement strategies to stakeholders and formulate plans to facilitate the implementation of the strategy.
• Review and develop high-level procurement strategies.
• Review and implement high-level procurement related policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all governance structures are operational.
• Review and implement documentation management and control processes for Purchasing documents.
• Ensure that procurement activities adhere to quality, safety and compliance standards.
• Conduct ongoing performance management on all direct reports.
