About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our customer care department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Manage customer data and update CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet productivity and performance targets
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or automotive industry is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this position. However, computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems are necessary.
