Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design and implement complex mechanical systems for a variety of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion
• Design and analyse mechanical systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, structural, and project management
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to guide project direction
• Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including calculations, specifications, and reports
• Perform testing and validation of designs to confirm performance criteria
• Mentor and support junior engineers in their professional development
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate engineering solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant engineering experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Strong proficiency in CAD software; experience with 3D modeling is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and components (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
