Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Play a key role in developing our platform, enabling the automation of frequent, high-quality releases and providing a platform as a service to the engineering team Work in the platform team to deliver platform capabilities that power automation, knowledge sharing and customer experience in the business, including but not limited to applying LLMs to workflow automation, providing access to BI and platform data and architecting infrastructure for performance and scale. Collaborate closely with the product and Engineering teams to build solutions that enable observability, experimentation and the gathering of insights from e.g. A/B and multivariate testing and customer usage. Continually seek out and share ways to improve our processes, platform, and culture Reference Number for this position is GZ60378 which is a permanent Hybrid position based in Johannesburg / Cape Town offering a cost to company salary of R1.4m per annum
