About the Role
Our company, iOCO Digital Pty Lty, is seeking a Service Desk Agent to join our team in Johannesburg. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding various requests. You will utilize your knowledge of products or services, along with great customer service skills, to address issues, provide support, and offer information as needed to keep customers satisfied and retain business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound Software support calls
- Provide exceptional customer satisfaction levels through first call resolution approach
- Perform shift work as required
- Support web-based, current app modules, and all IT-related functions within TSAM environment
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Call Centre experience in a support role
- Strong Admin skills
- OEM or dealer experience (optional)
- Fluent in English (fluency may be tested during the hiring process)
Qualifications
- GR 12 (Matric) degree or equivalent
