Roles and Responsibilities Develop detailed sheet metal manufacture ready designs using CAD software. Create accurate drawings, 3D models, and specifications for fabrication. Ensure designs meet structural integrity, manufacturability, cost-efficiency standards, and the customers requirements. Collaborate with engineering office to optimize designs for manufacturability and cost efficiency. Analize BOM creation and accuracy ensuring that material costings are accurate. Strong focus on precision and attention to detail in all design and production activities. Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and translate them into practical manufacturing processes. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines. Production Coordination Responsibilities: Plan and schedule sheet metal designs to meet deadlines. Monitor production progress and resolve any issues to minimize delays. Liaise between design, fabrication, and assembly teams to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain quality control standards throughout the production design process. Proactive problem-solving skills to address design or production challenges promptly.
