About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to join their team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management System (SHEQMS) and providing specialist training and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s SHEQMS standards and systems, ensuring they are in place, communicated, and controlled.
- Support Corporate Risk Management Programme: SHEQ Risks.
- Provide specialist training and support for on-site execution of Corporate SHEQM.
- Continuously improve the SHEQMS through an effective Corrective Action System and Improvement Projects.
- Provide feedback to Management on SHEQMS performance.
- Manage the Document Controller and SHEQ Officer Roles.
Requirements
- A Matric with Maths & Science
- A Science or Technical Qualification (preferable)
- Must have Quality/EH&S/Risk Management Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Chemical/Gas related industry
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with SHEQ Management Systems (must include ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 implementation and auditing experience)
- Experience in the provision of SHEQ training for all audience levels (added advantage)
