SITE HR & IR MANAGER Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee all HR and Industrial Relations activities on-site Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution Conduct performance management and talent development initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulation Strong experience in Disciplinary Processes, CCMA representation and Union negotiations REQUIREMENTS: Batchelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations or related field Postgraduate Qualification or Certification in Labour Law/HR Management Minimum 5 Year’s in a Senior HR/IR Role within a UNIONISED environment Proficiency in HRIS System & MS Office and Excel FMCG or Manufacturing Industry experience an Advantage CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD – will be verified
