About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital & Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the online presence of multiple businesses across various industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and supporting digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Write copy in Afrikaans and English
- Design graphics / reels (Canva)
- Manage content calendars
- Monitor engagement and respond to queries
- Digital Support: Assist with paid ads (Meta / Google), support website updates & basic SEO, assist with email marketing
- Track performance and compile reports
Requirements
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English) – non-negotiable
- 2–4 years’ experience in social media / digital marketing
- Strong copywriting skills
- Experience with Canva & Meta Business Suite
- Ability to manage multiple brands
- Reliable, organised, independent
- Industry experience preferred: Social Media, Website maintenance & design, Videography, Marketing
Salary & Benefits
