About the Role
Our client is seeking a hands-on Digital & Social Media Coordinator to support and manage content across multiple brands. This role is best suited to a creative and organized individual who enjoys executing content, managing social media platforms, and contributing to digital marketing activities within a structured team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Write engaging copy in Afrikaans and English
- Design basic graphics and reels using Canva
- Manage content calendars
- Monitor engagement and respond to queries
- Assist with paid advertising (Meta / Google)
- Support basic website updates
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Track performance and compile reports
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in social media / digital marketing
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English) – non-negotiable
- Strong copywriting skills
- Experience with Canva and Meta Business Suite
