Key Responsibilities:

– Maintain cashbooks, journals, and general ledger processing
– Perform accurate bank reconciliations and keep financial records up to date
– Process supplier invoices, prepare payment packs, and manage creditors recons
– Assist with monthend tasks and support the finance team with reporting

Skills & Requirements:

– Matric with a bookkeeping/accounting qualification (advantageous)
– 3+ years’ bookkeeping experience 
– Strong reconciliation skills and solid understanding of bookkeeping principles
– Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems, with excellent attention to detail
