• Develop and refine pricing models for short-term insurance products
• Analyze complex datasets to extract pricing insights and enhance model accuracy
• Assist in building robust model validation frameworks
• Support implementation of pricing solutions for clients, ensuring actuarial standards are met

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Nearly or newly qualified actuary (ASSA)
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in short-term insurance pricing
• Solid understanding of GLMs and actuarial modelling techniques
• Proficiency in R, Python, or similar statistical programming languages
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Demonstrated interest in machine learning and AI applications in insurance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
