We are seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Design Engineer with strong SolidWorks experience to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of mechanical components and systems for [brief description of company product or sector – e.g., industrial equipment, consumer products, automation systems, etc.].

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks
• Perform mechanical design calculations and tolerance analysis
• Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and other engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness
• Conduct design reviews and implement feedback
• Support prototype development and testing
• Revise and update existing designs to improve performance and manufacturability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in mechanical design (SolidWorks proficiency essential)
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Experience with GD&T, FEA, and design for manufacturing (DFM)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
