Supply Chain Supervisor Reporting to: Operations Manager Seniority Level: Mid Career (2 – 4 yrs exp) Type: Permanent Location: Alrode Duties and Responsibilities: Operational Leadership & Management: Supervise and coordinate daily night shift activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory cycle counts. Plan and assign workloads to meet operational goals and KPIs. Ensure operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and SOPs. SAP System Expertise: Utilize SAP WM/EWM to process goods receipts, orders, put-aways, picking, and shipping confirmations. Generate and analyze SAP reports for monitoring shift performance. Train and support team on SAP procedures. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse associates. Provide coaching, feedback, and administer corrective actions. Manage employee timekeeping and attendance. Inventory & Quality Control: Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment. Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols and security procedures. Lead safety briefings, audits, and incident investigations. Prevent theft, loss, and ensure compliance. Qualifications and Experience: Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration degree is a plus. 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience. Proficiency in SAP WM/EWM is essential. Experience in night shift management.
