? Join Our Team as a Talent Representative – Drive IT Recruitment Excellence! Are you a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for connecting top IT talent with exciting opportunities? We are looking for an experienced Talent Representative to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of IT recruitment. What You’ll Do: Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure only the highest quality talent is presented to our clients. Stay ahead of industry trends to evaluate candidates against the latest technical standards. Generate new leads through your IT network and proactively build your candidate pipeline. Build and maintain strong relationships with IT leaders to understand hiring needs and departmental goals. Write and post engaging technical job descriptions across job boards, social media, and other platforms. Conduct interviews using a variety of methods (structured, technical, behavioral) to assess candidate fit. Attend tech conferences, meetups, and networking events to connect with IT professionals. Provide insights to clients on technological trends and future talent requirements. What We’re Looking For: Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related field (advantageous). 4–5 years’ experience in IT/Tech recruitment, with a strong track record in technical hiring. Proven client development or sales experience. Hands-on experience with virtual interview platforms (Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts). Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical job requirements. Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other professional networks.
