About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Compliance Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of tax returns, as well as providing expert guidance on tax accounting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit annual income tax returns and provisional tax
  • Assist with tax accounting for budgets, forecast, and tax year-end
  • Prepare responses for income tax verification
  • Assist with SARS audits and prepare and submit carbon tax returns
  • Submit returns for dividend withholding tax

Requirements

  • Experience with tax charges, tax payments, deferred tax balances, and tax rate reconciliations
  • A 5-year experience in Corporate Tax is required
  • Honours and completed Articles will be advantageous

Qualifications

Must have a BCom Accounting Qualification (Non-Negotiable)
