Johannesburg: TEAM LEADER – RENTALS (KLIPRIVIER)

Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Degree or Diploma in Operations or a related field. Valid drivers license. At least 5 years experience in refurbishment, construction, or rental operations. Supervisory experience in manufacturing, construction, or rental environments. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems. Skills & Competencies: Strong team leadership and staff supervision. Knowledge of refurbishment processes and construction/manufacturing tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective planning, organization, and problem-solving skills. Strong time management abilities.
