Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Broker to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful placement of insurance and reinsurance contracts, while providing technical expertise and market insights. You will work closely with underwriters, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions and negotiate the best terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients’ insurance needs and develop appropriate risk solutions
• Negotiate and place insurance and reinsurance contracts with different markets
• Provide technical expertise in underwriting processes, policy terms, and coverage issues
• Monitor and manage existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction
• Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business, Insurance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a brokerage or insurance environment
• Strong knowledge of short-term insurance products and market trends
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• A deep understanding of risk management principles
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACII, CPCU) are an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
