Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
7+ years experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role.
Strong proficiency in mobile (Android/iOS) and backend technologies such as Node.js, .NET, or Java.
Solid understanding of API design, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and database management.
Proven experience guiding teams through the full software development lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
