About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative – HVAC to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth across assigned regions and clients, while building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, engineers, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business opportunities across assigned regions/clients
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, site visits, and relationship building
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, tenders, and technical product proposals
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- Develop product knowledge to confidently consult clients and offer the right solutions
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and sales activity
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in HVAC / air diffusers / ventilation / air distribution
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
- Strong track record of closing deals and consistently hitting targets
- Self-starter mindset with discipline, proactivity, and a hunger to grow
- Confident building relationships with contractors, consultants, engineers, and developers
