About the Role
We are a dynamic digital marketing agency seeking a talented Video Content Creator with strong AI capabilities to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for conceptualising, producing and editing engaging video content across multiple digital platforms, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency, creativity and scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, create, shoot and edit video content for social media, digital campaigns, websites and paid platforms
- Produce short-form and long-form video content optimised for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Meta
- Use AI tools to support video ideation, scripting, storyboarding, editing, captioning, subtitling and repurposing content
- Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines, tone and campaign objectives
- Collaborate closely with strategists, designers and account teams to deliver integrated campaign content
- Adapt video content based on performance insights and platform trends
- Stay up to date with video trends, formats, platform changes and emerging AI technologies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, Videographer, or Digital Content Specialist, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar
- Solid understanding of social media video best practices and performance metrics
- Basic motion graphics, animation or sound editing skills are advantageous
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for video and content creation (e.g. ChatGPT for scripting, Runway, Descript, Pika, Adobe AI tools, CapCut AI, or similar)
- Strong ability to prompt effectively and refine AI-generated outputs to a high creative standard
- Understanding how AI can be used to improve speed and scale without compromising quality or authenticity
