Johannesburg: Warehouse Controller

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Controller to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a popular platform (Shopify) while contributing to the growth of this site, expanding both operations and the team. Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse and dispatch operations and provide support to the Head of Logistics when required Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Analyse operations to identify process improvements and implement efficiency checks Monitor stock levels and assist in managing supply quantities for orders Follow up on outstanding deliveries with courier partners Unload pallets, boxes, and other goods from containers and trucks Scan and receive inbound stock into the warehouse Pick and package orders accurately according to issued picking slips Create courier labels in line with client shipping requirements Ensure goods are safely stacked, organised, and stored in designated areas Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment Barcode inbound freight where applicable Process returns according to client standard operating procedures Record all receipts, dispatches, and returns in the warehouse management system Requirements: Grade 12 or similar qualification Forklift license advantageous 2-5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar position Proficient in CRM and courier platforms
