Key Responsibilities:
- ABC Costing
- Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analyses.
- Analyse production costs, including labour, materials, and overheads.
- Maintain accurate cost records and ERP systems.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis.
- Provide cost insights to assist pricing and operational decisions.
- Investigate cost discrepancies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to drive efficiencies.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting, or equivalent.
- CIMA advantageous.
- 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing cost accounting.
- Strong ERP and cost accounting system knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
