Job Summary
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Currently working in the gear, gearboxes, or power transmission industry (essential).
- Strong technical knowledge of gears, gear manufacturing, and mechanical applications.
- Minimum 5–10 years’ sales experience in heavy industry/mining/manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record of hunting new business and achieving targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Job Experience & Skills Required
- Proactively seek and secure new business in the gear and power transmission markets.
- Build and maintain key client relationships across mining, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to scope, price, and deliver client-specific gear solutions.
- Represent the company at technical presentations, industry events, and trade shows.
- Deliver consistent sales reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting.
