Job Summary
We seek a dedicated Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the placement of learners into suitable host companies, ensure their progress is monitored and well-documented, and collaborate with the ETQA department to ensure that all required documentation is completed and submitted.As a WIL Manager, you will manage a team responsible for sourcing host companies, placing learners, monitoring their performance, and ensuring all required evidence is gathered for their logbooks in alignment with SETA and QCTO requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the team responsible Manage the placement of learners in host companies and monitor their progress Conduct regular site visits to ensure learners are on track with workplace requirements.Collect and organize evidence for learners` logbooks.Submit completed logbooks to the ETQA department.Provide regular reports on learners` progress and address any challenges Maintain strong relationships with hosting companiesQualifications & ExperienceProven knowledge of SETA and QCTO processes.Diploma/ Degree in Project Management, BBA or any relevant qualification2-3 years of experience Experience in work placement programs or internships for students.Strong organisational and communication skills.Proven record of managerial & leadership skills.
