Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of the clients product and service offerings, including: Voice and Data Communication solutions Connectivity options (Fibre, Wireless, LTE, Satellite) CCTV systems Office Automation products Power solutions Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of their solutions. Market Research : Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using the company“s CRM system.
