About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled Sage X3 Support Analyst to join their team in Kempton Park, Gauteng. As a key member of the support team, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to users of the Sage X3 applications, working closely with the development team and clients to resolve system issues and enhance the application features.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Sage X3 users, diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the application features.
Conduct training for end-users to ensure optimal use of the Sage X3 system.
Monitor system performance and user feedback to recommend improvements.
Create and maintain documentation for the support processes and standard operating procedures.
Assist in the implementation of new software versions and upgrades.
Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to ensure requirements are met.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sage X3 Support Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of Sage X3 functionalities and modules.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
