Job Description
Hire Resolve, a reputable recruitment agency, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
– Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and prospecting
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
– Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase products or services
– Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets
– Provide excellent customer service and support to clients before and after sales
– Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market changes to drive sales strategies
Requirements:
– Proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
– Excellent negotiation and closing skills
– Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
