Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting goals and targets.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and stakeholders.Sales Forecasting: Analyze market trends, track sales performance, and provide accurate forecasts to senior management.Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and threats.Negotiation and Closing: Oversee complex negotiations and help close high-value deals.Collaboration: Work with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Qualifications:Aged 18-30 Proven experience in sales management or similar roles.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.A background in the relevant industry or productQualifications /
Requirements:
Willing to work retail hoursMinimum of 1 years sales experience, dealing with customers and luxury goodsStable work record.
