Job Description

Finance Assistant (3 month contract role) available for a property company based in Kidds Beach

Candidates to be available immediately

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capturing of cashbooks
  • Processing of external and internal load accounts
  • General journals
  • Processing of debtors invoices
  • Processing of creditors invoices
  • Maintain the asset register
  • Manage the petty cash and bulk fuel card
  • Manage and follow up on insurance policies and claims
  • Cellphone contracts administration and costing analysis
  • Finance filing

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with an accounting diploma / degree
  • 3 years experience in an accounting position
  • Drivers license (preferable)
  • Advanced excel skills
