About the Role

A 3-month contract Finance Assistant role is available at a property company based in Kidds Beach, requiring an experienced accounting professional to support the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capturing of cashbooks
  • Processing of external and internal load accounts
  • General journals
  • Processing of debtors invoices
  • Processing of creditors invoices
  • Maintaining the asset register
  • Managing the petty cash and bulk fuel card
  • Managing and following up on insurance policies and claims
  • Cellphone contracts administration and costing analysis
  • Finance filing

Requirements

  • Grade 12 with an accounting diploma/degree
  • 3 years experience in an accounting position
  • Drivers license (preferable)
  • Advanced excel skills
