About the Role
A well-established organization based in Kimberley is seeking a highly experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strong strategic leadership and ensure the long-term financial sustainability and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall strategic and operational leadership to the organization
- Drive financial performance, sustainability, and growth
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with governance, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Lead, manage, and support senior management and key stakeholders
- Implement and monitor business strategies aligned with company objectives
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior executive or CEO role
Strong financial background with sound accounting and business knowledge
B.Com Accounting or B.Acc degree (advantageous)
Extensive experience using Pastel Accounting
Fluency in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
Hands-on, results-driven, and strategic mindset

Salary & Benefits
Cost to Company: R500 000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. Possible 13th and 14th cheque, dependent on company performance and work hours.

Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 16:30
