Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Setting out of concrete elements on projects. Assist in the process of supervising of sub contractors in the assembly and stripping of formwork for intricate concrete structures for high-end residential properties. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans to meet client specifications. Work with a variety of materials to achieve top-tier finishes. Collaborate with other trades and site managers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Supervise and check on sub-contractors appointed to the project.
Requirements:
Preferably Trade tested or full apprenticeship. Minimum of 8 years experience Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings and blueprints. Familiarity with carpentry tools and equipment, and ability to work with various materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Stable track record , as well as references (when requested). Only candidates on the short list will be contacted.
