Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our team at Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco). The ideal candidate will have a degree related to Human Resources Management and 3 to 5 years of generalist HR experience at a fully professional level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration requirements
- Utilize SAP HR and Microsoft Office systems effectively
- Implement change management processes
- Ensure compliance with HR Statutory legislation
- Develop and implement people management processes
- Provide excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict management, and interviewing skills
- Solve problems and drive results in a customer-focused environment
- Maintain high working standards
Requirements
- Degree related to Human Resources Management
- 3 to 5 years generalist HR experience at a fully professional level
- Proficient user of SAP HR and Microsoft Office
- Good business acumen
- Knowledge of change management, HR Statutory legislation, and people management processes
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications related to Human Resources Management (if applicable)
