About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk with experience working on Pastel Premier or similar accounting software to join our team within a Temporary Employment Services (TES) environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process client invoices using Pastel Premier or similar software
- Verify billing information against timesheets, payroll reports, and rate cards
- Reconcile payroll reports to invoicing schedules
- Resolve invoicing discrepancies and client queries
- Issue credit notes and invoice adjustments when required
- Maintain accurate invoicing records and supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end invoicing processes
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 23 years of invoicing or accounts administration experience
- Experience using Pastel Premier or similar accounting software
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in a Temporary Employment Services (TES), recruitment, or payroll-driven environment will be advantageous
