Job Summary
Our client, a well-established and trusted name in the interior design and furnishings industry, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join their team in Kimberley. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence to play a key role in driving efficiency, managing day-to-day business functions, and contributing to the continued growth of the company.

Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years proven experience in an operations and managerial role
- Computer literate – Microsoft Office
- Must be fully competent in Xero software
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Duties and responsibilities:
- Procurement control
- Inventory control
- Revenue and Debtors control
- Creditors and payment cycle
- Customer service
Skills required:
- Quality control and compliance
- Supply chain and logistics management
- Technical skills (Microsoft Office, Pastel, Xero, Data Analysis, Budgeting and Cost control, and Health and Safety regulations)

Remuneration:
R 15 000 Cost to Company
Work hours:
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
