Job Summary
Responsibilities:
-
Manage the daily operations of fitment centres in Knysna and Plettenberg Bay
-
Oversee staff and ensure service excellence across offerings such as glass replacement, calibration, regassing, and tinting
-
Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards
-
Utilise CRM and SAP systems for scheduling, stock control, and workflow management
-
Lead and develop a high-performing team while resolving operational issues effectively
-
Maintain high customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and communication
Requirements:
-
Matric / Grade 12
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in a service centre, workshop, or fitment centre management role
-
Proven hands-on experience in glass fitment
-
Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving capabilities
-
Proficiency in administrative processes, planning, and communication
-
Technically inclined and comfortable with hands-on operations
-
Proficiency in CRM platforms and SAP systems
-
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-
Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel between branches
-
Based in or willing to relocate to Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, or surrounding areas (e.g. George)
