Who We’re Looking For:

Pezula Nature Reserve, a luxurious retreat in Knysna, South Africa, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This role requires professionalism, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and care. The HR generalist will oversee all essential HR functions, while providing comprehensive support to staff, and fostering a positive, collaborative and fair work environment.

What is required:

If you are skilled in assisting with relations management between management and employees. Improving the overall wellbeing of staff by initiating, implementing and administrating employee-centred projects and ensuring compliance with labour law while maintaining clear, effective communication, wed love to have you join our team. Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Applicable Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Organisational or Industrial Psychology,
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same or similar position (Hospitality experience advantageous)
• Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
• Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular)
• Familiar with all legislature and amendments with regards to Human Resources (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, OHSA, COIDA)
• Familiarity with Sectoral Determination 6 and 14 advantageous
