• A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field
• At least 5 years of management experience, ideally in the automotive or retail sector
• Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication skills
• Proven track record in driving sales and managing financial performance
• Solid understanding of inventory control and workshop operations
• Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
• Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
