About the Role
Our IT Systems Support team is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an IT Systems Supporter. As an IT Systems Supporter, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to internal customers, managing incident reports, and ensuring system availability and backups.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to internal customer requests for support
- Manage the resolution of incidents and maintenance of accurate documentation
- Conduct daily IT operations, including thorough handover between shifts
- Ensure system availability and backups through diligent and timeous maintenance
Requirements
- Matric (NQF 4)
- IT related qualification (A, N, MCSE, IT diploma/degree)
- Verbal and written English skills (NQF 4)
- Numeracy skills (NQF 4)
